Richard Murdoch
Richard Murdoch focuses his practice on corporate law and is experienced in dealing with a wide range of company law matters, with a particular emphasis on domestic and cross-border M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Murdoch was a corporate solicitor at a Tier 1 ranked Scottish law firm.
