Ross L. Montgomery

Ross L. Montgomery has experience of a broad range of corporate transactions, advising on private mergers and acquisitions, fund raisings, reorganisations, joint ventures and other general corporate matters. Mr Montgomery acts for major European and international corporations on complex, highly regulated, cross-border transactions across a wide variety of sectors and industries. He has particular expertise in respect of financial services transactions (and other regulated businesses).

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Montgomery worked at a leading law firm in the UK and in the London and Edinburgh offices of an international law firm. While serving at these firms he advised numerous private equity houses and corporations on complex M&A transactions.

Mr. Montgomery is recommended for M&A: upper mid-market and premium deals in The Legal 500. He has previously been recognized for private equity transactions and M&A: mid-market. Clients have described him as "extremely thorough" and "responsive."
