Ross L. Montgomery has experience of a range of corporate transactions, advising on private mergers and acquisitions, fund raisings, reorganisations and other general corporate matters. He is particularly experienced in private equity market matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Montgomery worked at a leading law firm in the UK and in the London and Edinburgh offices of an international law firm. While serving at these firms he advised private equity houses such as Electra Partners, Charterhouse Capital Partners, BC Partners, Hutton Collins, and Baird Capital Partners.
