Daniel Ng focuses his practice on global tax matters. In particular, Mr. Ng represents financial institutions, funds, investment managers and other parties in connection with tax issues relating to securitizations, financial products, structured finance transactions and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Ng worked as a tax associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
