Daniel Ng

Daniel Ng focuses his practice on global tax matters. In particular, he represents financial institutions, funds, investment managers and other parties in connection with tax issues relating to mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitizations, REMICs, CRE-CLOs, CLOs, financial products and other structured finance transactions.

Daniel is Co-Chair of the Transactional Tax Committee of the Washington State Bar Association Taxation Section.

Prior to joining Dechert, Daniel worked as a tax associate in the New York office of another international law firm and in the New York and London offices of an accounting firm.
