Harnelle C. St Cloud is an associate in the firm’s securities and complex litigation practice group. Ms. St Cloud represents clients in complex commercial matters, corporate governance disputes, and securities litigation in both federal and state courts, with a strong focus on Delaware corporate law. She advises companies, financial institutions, and individuals in government investigations, civil litigation, and internal investigations. Additionally, she has experience resolving commercial and Investor-State disputes under LCIA and ICSID rules. Ms. St Cloud also represents private parties and sovereign States in international arbitration proceedings, particularly within the banking and finance sectors.
