Emily Towill

Emily Towill is an associate in the financial services and investment management group. Ms. Towill regularly advises U.S. registered investment companies (including mutual funds and closed-end funds) and their investment advisers on regulatory and compliance issues. She has experience with registered fund filing obligations, including the organization and registration of new funds. She has particular expertise in issues related to the launch and operation of alternative strategy investment funds such as interval funds and tender offer funds.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Towill worked as a law clerk at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
