Joseph (“Joey”) D. Trujillo is a San Francisco-based member of Dechert’s antitrust/competition group. He has substantial experience advising on and litigating antitrust and unfair competition, venture capital, trade secrets, and shareholder disputes.
As a former clerk for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Mr. Trujillo has a command of federal jurisdiction, procedure, and practice, particularly in the Ninth Circuit. He leverages this familiarity to ensure that his clients obtain an early – and often, decisive – litigation advantage.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Trujillo worked as a senior associate at the San Francisco office of a large international law firm.
