Kyle F. Whiteman

Kyle F. Whiteman focuses his practice on financial services and investment management matters. He regularly advises U.S.-registered investment companies, their investment advisers and related financial services firms on regulatory, compliance and business matters. Mr. Whiteman also advises boards of directors/trustees of U.S.-registered investment companies on fund governance and fiduciary oversight matters. He has extensive experience with registered fund filing obligations and frequently advises clients on a variety of compliance and disclosure matters. Mr. Whiteman also has specific experience representing investment companies in the series trust structure.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Whiteman was an associate with another national law firm, where he was a member of the investment management and corporate practice group.
