The Paris Inclusion Committee was launched to promote diversity, equity and inclusion within the Paris office. The committee welcomes and brings together everyone in the Dechert community, whether they are lawyers or part of the business services team from all backgrounds. The committee aims to promote inclusion for all members of the Paris office and to foster a diverse working environment by organizing and supervising a variety of events and initiatives.
