EC Publishes Final Regulatory Technical Standards on Risk Retention

The European Commission published the final regulatory technical standards specifying the requirements for investor, sponsor, original lender and originator institutions under Articles 404-410 of the Capital Requirements Regulation on 13 March 2014.
