The 4th edition (2020) takes into account the 9th reform of the GWB (German Act against Restraints of Competition), which is based on three pillars:

• Strengthening private antitrust enforcement by implementing the EU Damages Directive
• New standards for competition law in the digital era including new merger control thresholds
• A revision of the provisions on fines.
