En-Min Chua, a partner in Dechert’s global finance practice, advises on a broad range of finance and derivative transactions, representing banks, asset managers, investment funds, private equity firms and other financial institutions.

Ms. Chua regularly acts for clients in matters relating to derivatives-based funding and issuances of notes connected to the performance of referencing debt obligations, cross-border asset-backed securitizations, multi-source/multi-format secured debt financings, and hedging for acquisition finance and M&A transactions. Her experience as a qualified lawyer in the UK, U.S. and Hong Kong enables her to deliver comprehensive, strategic advice on complex cross-border financing and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Chua was a structurer at UBS, where she worked on the structured financing desk in the global markets division and was involved in the sourcing and deployment of financing on corporate loans and bonds and other liquid and illiquid assets. Previously, Ms. Chua worked as a counsel in the New York office of an international law firm, in addition to practicing in the London structured finance practice of another international law firm.
