Tobias Hugo

Tobias Hugo is counsel in Dechert's Munich office and has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital. He regularly advises global enterprises and financial investors, including family offices, on complex domestic or cross-border transactions. His expertise is also regularly in demand in connection with comprehensive corporate restructurings.

Before joining Dechert, Mr. Hugo was part of the Corporate/Merger and Acquisitions practice group of a Magic Circle law firm in Munich for eight years.
