Nicolas Kokkinos focuses his practice on global taxation. Mr. Kokkinos advises clients on direct and indirect taxation matters in the areas of corporate M&A (with a focus on private equity), financial services and investment funds, securitisation and employee incentivisation and share schemes.

Mr. Kokkinos is listed as a ‘rising star’ in The Legal 500 UK for corporate tax.

Mr. Kokkinos is a Chartered Tax Adviser.
