Nick Pullen

Nick Pullen is an associate in the Corporate and Securities team in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Pullen focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions. He represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, alterna-tive asset managers and private and public company clients in multi-jurisdictional complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, recapi-talizations, growth equity investments and other transformative capital events. His representa-tions cover a wide range of industries, including software and technology, consumer brands and products, food products, energy, healthcare and professional services, among others.
