Alexa Serafin is an associate in Dechert's Corporate & Securities group. She focuses her practice on national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions as well as on venture and growth capital matters. She also advises on general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Alexa Serafin worked as an intern and legal trainee at Dechert.
