Terence M. Schroeder

Terence M. Schroeder focuses his practice on private investment funds, including formation, structuring and ongoing operational matters.  Mr. Schroeder regularly advises sponsors on fund formations across multiple strategies including private equity, real estate and private credit, as well as on ongoing operational and compliance matters.  He also advises sponsors on various alternative structures including “funds-of-one,” co-investments, hybrid vehicles and joint venture arrangements.  Mr. Schroeder has experience in matters relating to fund-of-funds, secondary transactions (including adviser-led transactions) and investor-side due diligence in connection with primary investments into private funds and related vehicles.
