Tanya Warnke focuses her practice on labor and employment advice and litigation and white collar litigation.  Her experience includes defense of retaliation, discrimination, harassment and breach of contract claims, including cases concerning the enforcement of restrictive covenants and breaches of fiduciary duties. 

Ms. Warnke’s experience includes representing clients before state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.  She has represented clients in connection with matters before the Department of Justice, New York Attorney General, and state and local agencies.

Ms. Warnke also handles non-litigation matters, such as conducting internal investigations, preparing and negotiating employment and separation agreements, and representing clients in connection with the labor and employment aspects of a wide range of U.S. and international corporate transactions.

Ms. Warnke joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2018.  Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Warnke worked at a real estate consulting firm.  She represented property owners and developers in a wide range of compliance matters and title disputes.
