Nadeea R. Zakaria focuses her practice on financial services matters. She advises U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, business development companies and closed-end funds, as well as private funds and investment advisers on various regulatory, compliance and business matters.

Ms. Zakaria has also assisted clients with developing and launching new funds as well as regulatory and compliance matters relating to existing funds and requests for exemptive relief from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
