The Legal Intelligencer Names Martin Black a “Distinguished Leader”

The Legal Intelligencer recently named Martin Black, who leads Dechert’s intellectual property litigation team, as a “Distinguished Leader.” The award is a category of the 2020 Professional Excellence Awards that highlight the work and achievements of law professionals throughout the Pennsylvania legal community.
Mr. Black, a nationally recognized trial lawyer and Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, represents pharmaceutical, electronics, and financial services companies in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and software disputes.
Last month, Managing Intellectual Property recognized Mr. Black as a Patent Star in Pennsylvania and, in March, the publication named him an “Outstanding IP Litigator” for the fifth consecutive year, more than any other lawyer.
There will be an awards dinner for honorees on September 9 in Philadelphia.
