Legal Week Shortlists Dechert in its Legal Innovation Awards

Dechert LLP has been shortlisted in Legal Week’s Legal Innovation Awards 2022 in the “International Law Firm Innovation” category, which is bestowed on the firm best seeking to uncover innovation in the delivery of legal services across its network of global offices.

Legal Week shortlisted Dechert for the firm’s Innovation Certificate Program, an independently certified initiative designed to train Dechert lawyers and business professionals to think differently and become agents of change. Launched in May 2021, the six-month course imparts the skills needed for strategic thinking, for approaching old problems in new ways, and for improving the way people work, provide services and serve clients.

Designed and delivered in partnership with global innovation and design company IDEO and other external facilitators, the ground-breaking program has already succeeded in strengthening the firm’s culture of innovation. An enhanced 2022 edition designed for an expanded number of participants is scheduled to commence later this month.

Winners in the Legal Innovation Awards will be announced at a ceremony on April 29 at the Hilton London Bankside.
