Seramount Names Dechert to its 2022 “Top Companies for Executive Women” List

Dechert LLP has been named one of the 2022 “Top Companies for Executive Women” by Seramount (formerly Working Mother Media) for the fourth consecutive year. The list recognizes organizations that champion women’s advancement by focusing on succession planning, gender pay parity, support programs, and flexibility programs.

This year, Seramount recognized 75 workplaces for women who want to advance through the corporate ranks. The recognition is based on a survey that tracks and examines how many employees have access to programs and policies that promote advancement of women and how many female employees take advantage of them, as well as how companies train managers to help women advance.
