Dechert Recognized Among Vault’s Top 10 Best Law Firms to Work For

Vault, a leading guide for law students and associates, has recognized Dechert LLP as one of the top 10 law firms for quality of life in its 2023 Best Law Firms to Work For survey. The results are derived from Vault’s annual associate survey and rely on information provided by the firm’s own associates.

Dechert ranked eighth overall in the results, which are determined by weighing information provided on workplace issues including satisfaction, firm culture, hours, compensation, quality of work, business outlook, career outlook, associate/partner relations, transparency, formal and informal training, pro bono, and overall diversity.
