Profiles in Diversity Journal Honors San Francisco’s Hartley West as Woman Worth Watching in Leadership
San Francisco-based Dechert partner Hartley West has been named to Profiles in Diversity Journal’s “Women Worth Watching in Leadership” list for 2023. The series profiles women leaders who have made significant contributions to their respective organizations and industries.

Ms. West is consistently recognized as a leading lawyer and has been named among the Top Women in Investigations by Global Investigations Review, honored as one of California’s Top Woman Lawyers by the Daily Journal, and named “California Lawyer of the Year” for criminal law by California Lawyer. She is a leading player in Dechert’s global litigation practice, combining the knowledge and expertise of former government officials, law clerks and top litigators from other top-ranked firms, in addition to homegrown talent.
