Dechert LLP New York-based corporate partner Sarah Kupferman has been recognized by The Deal in its 2023 “Top Women in Dealmaking” list in the private equity category. The list features influential legal women for their professional work over the last 12 months with a focus on M&A, private equity, restructuring and activist investing.
Ms. Kupferman counsels private equity and strategic clients on a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, large and middle market financing transactions, formation of domestic and offshore investment entities and general corporate advice across a variety of industries.
