India Business Law Journal Names Siew Kam Boon to its International A-List
Siew Kam Boon, a partner in the firm’s Singapore office, has been honored by the India Business Law Journal and named to its 2023 International A-List, which gathers together the top India-focused lawyers around the world.
Ms. Boon has a long track record of experience handling private equity, M&A, emerging growth and venture capital transactions in Asia. She is particularly active in the India market and recently acted for Capital Square Partners on a first-of-its-kind transaction that established one of the largest technology services funds in Asia.
She has been recognized as a foreign expert based in Singapore for corporate and M&A in Chambers Global and Chambers Asia and has been recognized by these publications since 2012. She is also ranked as a leading lawyer for Corporate/M&A: International and for Startups & Emerging Companies by Chambers Asia and has been listed in Best Lawyers in Singapore for corporate law since 2020.
