Private Funds CFO Recognizes Nathalie Sadler in its Inaugural Legal Rising Stars List

Nathalie Sadler has been named a “Legal Rising Star for 2023” by PEI Group’s Private Funds CFO, which established the award this year to celebrate the achievements of a new generation of legal talent guiding the future of the private funds industry, selecting honorees based on evidence of leadership, innovation, and legal expertise.
Ms. Sadler, a financial services partner at Dechert’s London office, advises on the structuring, establishment, management and restructuring of private funds in a range of onshore and offshore jurisdictions. She has experience across fund structures and asset classes, including private debt, private equity and real estate, as well as strategies with an ESG focus, and counsels clients from global investment managers to start-ups at all stages of the fund lifecycle. She also has experience of structuring and launching hedge funds and evergreen vehicles.
