Legal Week Recognizes Lucia Elizalde-Bulanti as Innovative Leader

Dechert’s London-based associate director of innovation, Lucia Elizalde-Bulanti, has been named an “Innovative Leader” by Legal Week at its Women, Influence & Power in Law UK Awards 2024. Ms. Elizalde-Bulanti, a former litigator and general counsel, was recognized for implementing insightful programs designed to foster a culture of innovation, effect positive organizational change and equip business professionals and lawyers alike with the skillsets needed to become architects of change.

Initiatives she has worked on include Dechert’s first fully executed knowledge management system and its Innovation Certificate Program, which engenders creative problem-solving by giving lawyers and business professionals the skills to drive systemic improvements and address business challenges. In addition, Ms. Elizalde-Bulanti led on the implementation of a futurecasting/strategy-setting workshop series and Dechert Innovation Foundations, a concise introduction to design thinking and its applications.
