Mr. Barsamian was recognized for providing commercial and creative advice to sponsors and boards of traditional mutual funds, interval and tender offer funds, listed closed-end funds and business development companies (BDCs). With knowledge of a wide range of regulatory, compliance and securities law issues, he has built a strong track record in issues related to the launch and operation of alternative strategy investment funds registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
