Litigation partner Christina Sarchio focuses her practice on commercial litigation, class actions and white collar defense, bringing extensive experience across sectors including consumer products, financial services, energy, pharmaceuticals, technology and sports. A former prosecutor and accomplished trial lawyer, Ms. Sarchio has tried cases successfully in both federal and state courts and regularly appears before agencies such as the DOJ, SEC and FDA. She oversees Dechert’s global talent strategy and previously chaired the firm’s Global Women’s Initiative. Currently serving as Immediate Past President of the Hispanic National Bar Association, which represents more than 78,000 Hispanic legal professionals, Ms. Sarchio has long been recognized for her leadership, innovation and dedication to pro bono service.
