Profiles in Leadership Journal's Mid-Year 2026 Issue has recognized four Dechert individuals as exceptional leaders across the legal profession and beyond.

Megan C. Johnson, a financial services group partner and managing partner of Dechert's Washington, D.C. office, has been named among the journal's "Women Worth Watching in Leadership" for 2026. Co-leading the firm's U.S. registered funds product line, Ms. Johnson serves as relationship partner for some of Dechert's most valued asset management clients, advising on a broad range of regulatory, compliance and corporate matters under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Ms. Johnson has been recognized as a "Next Generation Partner" for mutual/registered/exchange-traded funds by The Legal 500 U.S. and named in Best Lawyers in America for Mutual Funds Law. Ms. Schwarz’s practice sits at the intersection of law and science. She defends global materials and manufacturing companies against complex PFAS litigation, translating cutting-edge toxicology, epidemiology and chemical engineering into winning legal strategies.
