Paul Fleming Joins Dechert’s Restructuring Group

Dechert LLP, a global specialist law firm, is pleased to announce that Paul Fleming has joined the firm as a partner in London.

Fleming, who focuses his practice on restructuring matters, advises institutional lenders, insolvency practitioners, equity investors and management. A significant portion of his work involves cross-border restructuring matters.
