Dechert LLP advised capital-investment fund 3i on its LBO transaction to invest €150 million into the family group Ponroy Santé, a European leader in the natural consumer healthcare industry, with presence in Asia and the Americas notably.
Dechert also advised 3i on the intellectual property and regulatory matters.
