The Legal Intelligencer Names Eric Siegel Among Pennsylvania’s 2016 “Lawyers on the Fast Track”

Dechert LLP corporate and securities partner Eric Siegel has been named among Pennsylvania’s 2016 “Lawyers on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer. Each year, the Pennsylvania legal community joins forces to celebrate the next generation of great lawyers with The Legal Intelligencer’s “Lawyers on the Fast Track.”
Siegel represents strategic buyers and sellers as well as financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in domestic and cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions across a wide range of industry sectors, including technology, energy, healthcare, manufacturing and marketing services.
Profiles of the winners will be included in the “Lawyers on the Fast Track” supplement in June and winners will also be honored during an awards dinner in June.
