Andrew L. Oringer Named Chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Attorney Professionalism

Andrew L. Oringer, co-chair of Dechert LLP's employee benefits and executive compensation group, has been appointed Chair of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Attorney Professionalism.

Oringer counsels clients on their employee benefit plans and programs, benefits-related tax matters and fiduciary issues arising in connection with the investment of employee benefit plan assets. He is the Emerging Issues Coordinator for the Employee Benefits Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Taxation and former co-chair of the Employee Benefits Committee of the Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association, in addition to being a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Council and an Adjunct Professor at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
