The M&A Advisor Names Jonathan Kim among Emerging Leaders

The M&A Advisor has selected Dechert LLP corporate partner Jonathan Kim as an Emerging Leader in its 8th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards. Originally the “40 Under 40 Awards”, the contest recognizes and celebrates the achievements of young M&A, financing and turnaround professionals who have enjoyed a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community. Winners were selected by an independent judging panel of distinguished business leaders.
Mr. Kim focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, and leveraged finance matters. He represents strategic buyers and sellers and financial sponsors in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. In addition, he represents borrowers, equity sponsors, and lenders in domestic and international leveraged finance transactions in the United States and Asia, and advises on securities offerings of equity and debt.
Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony on September 19 in New York.
