Leading global law firm Dechert LLP has been ranked among the top law firms for private equity deals around the world in the PitchBook 2Q (1H) 2018 Global League Tables, a comprehensive ranking of private equity and venture capital activity worldwide for the first half of 2018. In addition to being ranked among the most active law firms for global private equity, Dechert also was recognized among top law firms in the United States for private equity buyouts and private equity exits.

  • Graham Partners on five acquisitions and dispositions in YTD 2018.
  • Quilvest Private Equity on its acquisition of UK-headquartered, global micro-specialist recruitment firm Phaidon International.
  • Sun Capital Partners portfolio company, Coveris Holdings S.A in connection with the sale of its Global Rigid Business to Lindsay Goldberg LLC for a total consideration of €700 million and an affiliate of Sun European Partners, the European advisor to Sun Capital Partners, on the sale of Albéa S.A. to PAI Partners for US$1.5 billion.
