Groupe Beneteau Acquires Digital Nautic

Dechert LLP advised Band of Boats, a subsidiary of Groupe Beneteau on its acquisition of Digital Nautic, a France-based start-up.
This acquisition is in line with the objectives to further strengthen and accelerate the digitalization section of the Group’s Transform to Perform strategic plan.
The Dechert Paris team advising Groupe Beneteau on legal aspects was composed of:
- on corporate aspects: Isabelle Marguet, national partner, with Benhouda Derradji, associate;
- on intellectual property aspects: Marie Fillon, national partner, with Louis de Chezelles, associate;
- on labor law aspects: Thibault Meiers, senior associate.
