Dechert LLP advised BearingPoint, a multinational management and technology consulting firm, on its acquisition of Belgium-based Inpuls, a leading data specialist. The acquisition will further strengthen BearingPoint’s presence in Europe and enhance the company’s data governance and data sciences capabilities.
