New York – Dechert LLP has been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. Dechert LLP earned this accolade based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys. This summer, 789 associates, business service professionals and partners in the U.S. completed the Great Place to Work survey.

“According to our study, 84 percent of Dechert LLP employees say it is a great workplace,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Great Place to Work Certification & List Production.

Some of the specific feedback received included:

  • 91 percent are proud to work here
  • 90 percent say they have the resources and equipment they need to do their jobs
  • 91 percent say people here are given a lot of responsibility

“Programs and policies are important, but what matters most is people – and that’s why this recognition is so significant to our firm,” said Alison Bernard, Chief Talent Officer at Dechert. “How we treat one another each day makes our team collaborative and inclusive, and makes Dechert a great place to work. We couldn’t be more proud.”
