Dechert Expands Global Finance Team with Prominent Paris Hire

PARIS, September 10, 2018 — Dechert LLP has significantly strengthened its global finance and real estate practice with the announcement that Privat Vigand has joined the firm as partner in its Paris office alongside a team of four associates – Guenaëlle Taroni, Antoine Periat, Fanny Roiena and Pauline Keller.
Mr. Vigand advises banks and investment funds on domestic and international acquisition and structured finance transactions, with particular experience on financing complex real estate deals and leveraged financing. The Legal 500 EMEA notes he is a “skillful negotiator” and that he “always keeps his clients’ interests in mind."

Earlier this year, Dechert expanded its global finance and real estate practices with the additions of Dubai-based partner Stephen Kelly and national partner Sarah Mahood, as well as Chicago-based partner Matthew R. Hays. Other recruitments of financing partners in London and Germany are ongoing.
