Dechert Boosts Global Finance and Private Equity Practices in New York

Dechert LLP is pleased to announce that experienced leveraged finance attorney Lindsay Flora has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office.
Ms. Flora brings over a decade of experience advising borrowers, private equity sponsors, commercial lenders and alternative capital providers in a variety of financing transactions, including leveraged acquisitions by private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as supporting public and private companies in syndicated debt facilities, debt commitments and bridge loan and other high yield financings. She also counsels clients in a broad range of secured lending and other financing transactions as well as general finance and corporate matters.

Ms. Flora received her J.D. from New York Law School, magna cum laude, and her B.A. from American University, with highest honors. Ms. Flora was a formerly a partner with another leading international firm in New York.
