“Plume d’Or” for Mélanie Thill-Tayara and Marion Provost

Partner Mélanie Thill-Tayara and associate Marion Provost were awarded the “Plume d’Or” (golden quill) for their article “Distribution des medicaments en ville, les recommandations de l’Autorité sont-elles véritablement vecteur de concurrence?” at the Plumes de l’Economie & du Droit 2019 awards ceremony in Paris.
The awards recognise the best articles published by the legal or business press in France. Mélanie and Marion’s article, discussing the distribution of medication and how it is treated by the competition authority in France, was published in the Paris life sciences team’s blog in Usine Nouvelle.
