Dechert Strengthens its Global Finance Group with London Partner Hire
Dechert LLP has expanded its 140-lawyer strong global finance group with the strategic hire of London-based partner Sarah Smith. Spanning the world’s major financial centers, the group provides clients with creative financing strategies and innovative deal structuring.
Sarah Smith advises on complex financial products with a focus on public and privately placed structured finance transactions, and the restructuring of structured finance instruments. Miss Smith also has significant experience advising on the structuring of and investments in bank capital instruments.
