Dechert advised Sifi, a leading Italian ophthalmic company, in the acquisition of the Dacudoses® and Novoptine® brands from Laboratoire Gifrer.
This acquisition represents an important step for Sifi, which will enable it to accelerate its penetration into the French market, one of the largest and most competitive markets in Western Europe, and support its goal in becoming a leading company in the international ophthalmology market.
