Dechert Advises SnapCar on the Acquisition of LeCab's Private Car Service Business

Dechert advised SnapCar, the private car service specialist for business travelers, in connection with SnapCar's acquisition of LeCab’s private car service business from Voxtur, a Keolis subsidiary.
This acquisition allows SnapCar to take another major step in its development, confirming its position as the private car service leader in France for businesses, and becoming the largest wholly French-owned player in this space, with an unparalleled presence in 23 cities and a unique nationwide alternative to taxis.
