Dechert Advises LGT on US$240 Million Series C Investment in CMR Surgical

Dechert LLP has advised LGT as legal counsel on its investment in CMR Surgical’s US$240 million series C fundraising, the largest private financing round in the medical technology sector in Europe to date.
CMR Surgical’s fundraising will be used towards the planned global commercialization of its Versius® surgical robotic system, while also supporting continued research and development, manufacturing and expansion of the product.
