Dechert Advises Numis and Citi as Joint Bookrunners in Equity Fundraise for Keywords Studios

Dechert LLP acted for Numis Securities Limited (“Numis”) and Citigroup Global Markets Limited (“Citi”) as joint bookrunners on a £100 million equity fundraise for Keywords Studios plc (“Keywords Studios”), an international technical services provider to the global video games industry. Keywords Studios is listed in London on the LSE’s AIM market with a current market capitalization of £1.1 billion. The deal was announced on May 14, 2020 and closed on May 20, 2020.
