Dechert Advises CASTALIE on its €13.5 Million Series A Financing Round
Dechert advised CASTALIE, a French company engaged in the development, manufacturing and marketing of water fountains and water cooling, filtration and water improvement equipment, in connection with its €13.5 million Series A fundraising.
The funding round led by Ring Capital, a fund that specializes in financing French tech scale-ups, was structured with two societal impact investment funds; Amundi Finance, the first French social and solidarity economy fund, and Raise Impact, the impact investing arm of RAISE Group; as well as with the industrial SEB Group, through SEB Alliance, for its premium French industrial know-how.
The proceeds of the investment will allow the start-up to accelerate its entry to the consumer market, national expansion and innovation of its products.
