Dechert Advises the Historical Investors and the New Investor Financière Arbevel on the €35 Million Series C Financing of CorWave
Dechert advised the historical investors Bpifrance, Sofinnova Partners, Novo Holdings, Seventure, Ysios Capital and one of the new investors, Financière Arbevel, on the Series C financing of CorWave for a total amount of €35 million.
CorWave is a French company that develops innovative cardiac assistance devices. This round of financing will allow CorWave to finalize its device, produce human implantable cardiac pumps and start its clinical trials.
Dechert partner Anne-Charlotte Rivière, assisted by associate Aude Steinberg, advised the historical investors as well as the new investor Financière Arbevel on the legal aspects of the financing.
