Dechert Advises MedinCell S.A. €30 Million Private Placement

Dechert advised MedinCell S.A., a Euronext-listed French technological pharmaceutical company, in the context of its private placement financing of €30 million.
The transaction, which is significantly oversubscribed, was carried out through an offering to qualified investors, both French and international, by way of an accelerated book-building process.
Dechert advised MedinCell S.A. on corporate and capital markets aspects with partner François Hellot and associate Benhouda Derradji in Paris, and with partner Patrick Lyons in London.
Bryan, Garnier & Co Limited and Oddo BHF SCA acted as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners.
